Thank you for shopping at petnyvora. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed on petnyvora.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States 7–15 business days
Canada 10–20 business days
Europe 10–20 business days
Rest of the World 12–25 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our Site and applied at checkout when eligible.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@petnyvora.com.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, so you may receive more than one tracking number.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us.
  • For packages that appear lost or significantly delayed in transit, contact us at support@petnyvora.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petnyvora.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Changes to Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be modified.
