Refund policy

At petnyvora we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at petnyvora.com.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used or opened pet hygiene products (e.g., litter, litter boxes that have been used).
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see Section 5 below.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@petnyvora.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on where and how to send your item.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@petnyvora.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- We will refund the price of the product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@petnyvora.com. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the timeframe above:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund posts.

9. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can still request a return once it arrives.
