Track Your Order

1. Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

2. Processing time

Each bag is handmade to order in small batches. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.

3. Shipping confirmation & tracking number

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

4. Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location, after the processing time above.

Can't find your tracking info?

Check your spam/promotions folder for the shipping confirmation email, or reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
